She went above and beyond. Becky handled the selling of a house that was part of an Estate. I am from Montana and my sister is from Nevada. We were not able to be in Yakima for extended periods of time. So Becky handled many details for us, otherwise we would have had to spend a lot of time away from home to take care of those things. She helped us with things like getting us contractor names and meeting them at the house so they could submit there bids. She coordinated with an estate sales person who we chose to do an estate sale. On my final trip to Yakima she came to the house with her daughter and they helped me load my truck with some final items. Becky was on top of things at all times. Being new to the area, we didn't have a realtor contact to begin our search and asked for some recommendations from friends/family.
